Do you have the original reciept or was the purchase made with your Kohl’s Charge?
• You can return any item for a full refund or even exchange.
Do you have a Gift Receipt?
• You’ll get an even Merchandise Credit good toward anything in store.
No receipt? No problem.
• You can make an even exchange, take a Merchandise Credit or get a corporate refund.
Did you pay with a check or debit?
• You’ll get cash, a Merchandise Credit or a corporate refund.
Return/Exchange at a Store
Whether the gift was purchased in store or online, just bring the item and your gift receipt to the Customer Service Desk of any Kohl’s store near you.
Return by Mail
It’s easy! If your gift arrived by mail from Kohl’s, you can return it by mail. Simply fill out the Return form that accompanied your purchase, pack the merchandise and receipt into a sturdy box and apply the supplied return label.
Please send all shipments prepaid and include all merchandise tags.
Gifts purchased in store must be returned in store. If you purchased your gift(s) in store, please return it to the Customer Service Desk of any Kohl’s store near you.
