What if I wish to return something I purchased at a Kroger store?
Simply return the product, packaging and receipt to your nearest Kroger store. The customer service staff will assist with a refund, exchange, adjustment or credit to a Kroger Gift Card.  Some exclusions apply.

What do I do if I don’t like the quality of a Store Brand item?
We are confident in the quality of all our store brands and we want you to be too.  Our stores will be glad to assist  you with a replacement or refund.
